This is what i think everybody needs to know before starting running. It’s really easy if done right, fun and very healthy, totally worth doing. This is what you need to get started:
- Basic Running Gear
- The Running Program I Used
- Proper Running Form (the very short version)
- Stretching After The Run (can’t stress enough, don’t skip this!)
