Damn, i forgot how hard it was to start with an empty piece of paper in front of me! Now that it isn’t empty anymore let’s get started :)
I’m 27 and 2 years ago i had 13kgs over a comfortable weight, i was stuffed with antibiotics because of repeted colds and infections, lacked energy and i couldn’t run for more then 30 seconds at a time. Also had a bad back because of long hours in front of the computer (curved spine, stiffness, soreness). And i’m sure the list goes on if i think about it some more. All this translated in low self esteem and all the “fun” that comes out of it.
Now, 2 years later, i lost the extra weight, i’m healthier then ever, i practice all kinds of sports, i still spend almost all my time with computers but the back is fine and straight. I learned all sorts of things about my body, food, massage, devices that make your life easier and a whole new world opened up. I will soon start a therapeutic massage course but i figured this would also be a good way to help people. I wish i knew all this sooner and it’s within reach, we have no idea our life can be so much better and it really is a pitty.
So, you will find here all sorts of tips and tricks about doing sports, feeding right, reviews for devices, software, all the little things you can do for yourself to make your life better. I am no expert and i’ve managed to do this so i’m sure everybody can. I will also try to answer any questions you might have so use the “ask me” button ;)
