I’ve been interested in clinical massage for a while now. Right about when I got it every week for a few months and I noticed my body was functioning so much better with it. Massage can cure what doctors can’t, and it helps you fix your problems before it’s too late and you actually need medical help. And stretching can help even before you need massage. Stretching is good for muscles you exercise, for muscles you clench from stress, for muscles that are stiff from being in one position for too long. As a bonus, it improves flexibility and keeps you injury free.
