I just “met” Tara Stiles this morning! She has some really awesome yoga routines on youtube, with lots of beginner tips. Added bonus, she is VERY hot, just check her “yoga in bed in the morning” routine :)

It was really hard to pick one video, I’m sure i will post more of her soon. Atm i am writing about sweets addiction but not sure when i will finish since i neglected everything for the wedding preparations and there’s lots of catching up to do.

Eating Healthy - My favorite tip for busy people
I never have time to cook proper meals during the week. When i decided to start eating healthy this was a major problem. Ok, lunch was fine because we have catering at work and i could just pick the soup from the menu or some salad, but our lunch usually happens after 3 pm.
For years our breakfast of choice were sweaty sandwiches from the store nearby, biscuits, pastries, all kinds of chips and sweet yogurt. I’d be fine with that if they were at least good and freshly made, but most of those things were designed to spend at least 1 year in a bag. So you can imagine the nutritional value of that versus the calorie intake. 
I started eating healthy! First few days i struggled with putting together a breakfast but before you know it i ended up starving before lunch after drinking a glass of milk and some coffee all day long. At lunch i was already ravenous and this led to a big dinner also.
I learned the comfortable solution for me here, on tumblr, from some very lovely fitblrs :)
Smoothies! For the people that have no idea how this works (and i was one of them till recently), you just mix chopped fruit, a thickener (low-fat yogurt for example), a liquid (skim milk, soy milk, fruit juice or even water) and something extra for the flavour (honey,  cinnamon, vanilla extract, mint etc). A good proportion is 1 part fruit, 1 part liquid and 2 parts thick base but feel free to experiment.
The internet is packed of recipes, just check one of the links on the bottom. I like to keep it simple and i mix no-fat yogurt, one small banana and something else i find in the fridge (pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, a bit of honey, vanilla, some drops of lime). I can’t wait for the summer so i get more fruit options. If the smoothie is too thick i just add some milk.
There you go! A  high in fiber, low in fat and packed with vitamins and antioxidants breakfast that takes 1 minute to make. Best thing about it is that you can always change the ingredients so you don’t get bored! In summer you can even use frozen fruit as base or add ice to the mix. If you are into sports, you can mix your protein powder in it or any other nutritional supplement you might want. Ofc, you can turn it into a dirty desert by adding vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, cream, ok, let’s not go there :D
